"Serenity Pools just finished our in-ground pool in Covington and my wife and I are beyond thrilled with the result. Mark Tanner and his team delivered in every area. We had quotes from three companies and ultimately chose Serenity because only Serenity had experience in pool construction, general construction and landscaping. Our backyard needed a lot of site work just to start the project and I knew of that group, only Mark had the skills and attention to detail to complete this challenging job. I was in the restaurant business for over 40 years, and built and remodeled a lot of restaurants. As such, I worked with a lot of contractors. I was very impressed with Marks project management and oversight of the multiple teams required for a gunite pool. All the sub-contractors he utilized were first rate and professional. Mark was on the job site multiple times daily, supervising every phase. The pool was completed in the time frame he promised and he made sure we were happy with the results at every step.
